During the two years of study, students deepen their research and gain insights into industry developments, while acquiring both strategic and operational skills.

FIRST YEAR:
The first year provides a 360° view of the fashion industry, with a focus on sustainability, inclusivity and innovation. The study plan follows the structure of the Master Course in Fashion Luxury & Brand Management. Business Plan Project: students develop the launch of a brand with a business plan including a line extension option or by simulating a licensing agreement. Students are also given an overview of new technologies (e.g. what is blockchain, metaverse, AR, VR, wearable technologies, robotics, gaming.
SECOND YEAR:
The second year is geared towards innovation and advanced data analysis, which includes an in-depth study of market research with a focus on data collection processes and business auditing with cost analysis, innovative management methods to understand the impact of technology on innovation, with an overview on environment design and visual merchandising. Students will work with with companies for research projects and market strategy, and they will develop an experimental and research Thesis, to further investigate innovation strategies and business processes.

Product development & supply chain management → Exploration of the production chain and high-end business processes.
Data-driven marketing & luxury industry analysis → Analytical approach to brand management.
Project management → Application of methodologies such as WBS, Gantt, PERT.
Digital transformation & new technologies → Insights into blockchain, metaverse, AI, AR, VR, gaming, wearable technologies and big data.
Intellectual property & brand management → Legal aspects of branding, licensing and brand extension.
History of fashion & evolution of the fashion system → Analysis of business models (fast fashion, couture, luxury, etc.).
SECOND YEAR:
Big data & quantitative analysis → Advanced use of Excel, statistical methods, surveys, questionnaires.
Market research & company auditing → Understanding and collecting data for strategic innovation.
Process innovation & emerging technologies → Impact of AI, automation and new materials on productivity and sustainability.
Visual merchandising & space design → Study of advanced retail experiences.
