Francesca Nicoletti, I’M Alumna of the three-year course in Fashion Design at Istituto Marangoni Milano Fashion school, is the Deputy Design Director of RTW at Miu Miu.

After graduating 2009, she briefly worked as an Assistant Designer for the Milanese designer Gentuccia Bini, founder of the namesake brand and the fashion & design hub Fabbrica Bini, before joining Prada Group in 2010. Over the years, she has acquired experience within the Group becoming first Senior Designer and eventually one of the closest collaborator of Dario Vitale, I’M Alumnus, at Miu Miu brand. Following Vitale’s exit in January 2025, she took his place becoming Deputy Design Director of RTW. A choice that, on one hand, ensures continuity in the brand's creative vision, but also presents a new challenge that will allow her to bring her personal vision.
