Francesca Bellavita is a fashion designer, known for her namesake luxury footwear brand. 

In 2006 Francesca decided to pursue her passion for fashion and attended the three-year course in Fashion Design at Istituto Marangoni Milano Fashion, graduating in 2009. She started collaborating with Colmar Originals and, at the age of 23 years old, she designed her first collection for the brand, anticipating the cool & chic sportswear trends. Through her travels all over the world – New York, Tokyo, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Shanghai – Francesca finds inspiration for her creations, by approaching new cultures and learning new pattern-making, production and fabrics processes.

Driven by her passion for shoe design she launched in 2017 her own shoe brand, “Francesca Bellavita”, whose first S/S2017 collection was presented in New York and Milan. With her collections, Francesca wants to create funny shoes for sexy and sophisticated women who never really take things too seriously. Handmade with premium materials and avant-garde elements, her creations have already been featured on internationally renowned fashion magazines (Vogue, Vogue Sposa, Vogue Accessories, Elle, Glamour, Wear) and have been worn by different international actresses, singers and showgirls.

In February 2019 she was nominated by MICAM for Young Italian Emerging Designer Around the World and in 2020 she was selected by CNMI to be part of its first Digital Fashion Week.
