Jenkins
Victoria Jenkins is a brilliant entrepreneur focused on adaptive fashion, with 14 years' experience in the fashion industry, whose brand Unhidden pioneers equality and inclusiveness and is the first adaptive fashion brand to join the British Fashion Council.
Born in the UK, Victoria studied Fashion Design at Istituto Marangoni London, obtaining her diploma in 2008.
Before founding her own brand, Victoria gained more than 10 years of experience in the fashion industry working as a fashion designer and garment technologist for a variety of brands, from retail to premium as well as from small to big entities. She kicks started her career working as a Fashion Design Assistant in SME brands, later on specializing in the role of Garment Technologist. In this capacity, she gained experience and worked for a wide array of brands which include Victoria Beckam, AllSaints Retail, Sweaty Betty, Size Me, ME+EM and Charli.
In 2016, Victoria founded Unhidden, an adaptive fashion brand made for and by disabled people and aimed at creating awareness around barriers faced by the disabled community. Since its launch, Unhidden has achieved international recognition for its innovative approach to fashion and for its mission and core values. After joining the British Fashion Council as the first adaptive fashion brand, it was appointed Female-driven start-up of the year in 2021.
Besides her work as CEO and Creative Director of her brand, Victoria is also a brand ambassador for Models of Diversity and co-founder of No Comment Required, an ethical slogan clothing range focusing on positive representation for people with mental health issues and disabilities, and all marginalized groups.
Most recently, her work on adaptive fashion has been key to Victoria's prestigious appointment as one of Vogue Business' 100 Innovators in 2023.

WHITE is an international showcase on the global fashion scene, dedicated to comprehensive ready-to-wear collections. It is one of the most significant and dynamic events during Milan Fashion Week, attracting numerous buyers, press members, and industry professionals from around the world.
In line with its aim to always enhancing its Alumni Community, Istituto Marangoni unveiled the first edition of the exclusive I'M TALENT SHOWROOM Project at WHITE Milano during the Milan Fashion Week on September 24. Among the selected Alumni was Victoria Jenkins, founder of Unhidden, an Adaptive Fashion Ready-to-Wear brand established in 2016.
The brand is renowned for its blend of style and ethics but also for its advanced technical research and its advocacy for equity, representation, and self-expression within the disabled and chronically ill community in fashion. The Designer has also collaborated with Lucy and Yak on a capsule collection and launched e-commerce on her brand's website.
