The countdown is underway for the launch of The Young Designer Store. Amazon.it reserves to Istituto Marangoni young talents an exclusive showcase window for the sale of limited edition capsule collections that include iconic creations of the best brands of Italian design. As part of the larger "I'M ALUMNI" project, the international community which involves former Istituto Marangoni students in a professional network of initiatives and job opportunities, Young Designer Store is the result of a successful collaboration between Istituto Marangoni and Amazon – leading e-commerce website in the world. The special showcase of innovative design items, only available on Amazon.it and Amazon Prime, consists of products created by four of the most talented alumni of Istituto Marangoni The School of Design: Matteo Agati, Térence Coton, Gustavo Martini and Giulio Masciocchi. Matteo Agati, winner of SIT DOWN 2015 and Rado Star Prize 2016, devoted to finding the right balance between innovation and style, created the Spotlight modular lamp, the A4A carton stool and TID ME 2 marble vase. French architect and designer Térence Coton, professionally involved with Versace Home at the moment but also active as a freelancer, has developed the modular lamp Stardust, the coffee table Tesseract and the Hands on Design 360° decanter. Gustavo Martini, young talent recently warded by Wallpaper as “next generation designer of the year”, for the Amazon.it store has signed the Edge Light modular lamp and Rocking Horse Rocking Chair. Giulio Masciocchi, graduated with honors in product design from Istituto Marangoni Milano and owner of a design studio specializing in the creation of textile designs, presents the modular lamp Soulmate. "The Young Designer Store project offered a unique opportunity to 4 Alumni of Istituto Marangoni," said Massimo Zanatta, School Director of Istituto Marangoni Milano The School of Design "that of expressing their talent alongside excellence companies of Made in Italy products experimenting, at the same time, with a contemporary and innovative retail offer, guaranteed by the extensive expertise of Amazon." The official launch of the Young Designer Store is scheduled for April 4^th, 2017, and the items are available for pre-order at  www.amazon.it/youngdesignerstore. Throughout the Salone del Mobile furniture fair in Milano, until April 9^th, at the Istituto Marangoni stand (pavillions reception 6/10) it is possible to learn about the designers and pre-order the products through the use of tablets made available to visitors.
