Giulia Guadagno, Fashion Design graduate from the School of Fashion in Milano, wins the Jury Award at the first edition of Milano Moda Graduate, prestigious event organized by Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana in partnership with Piattaforma Sistema Formativo Moda and Milano Triennale. The most outstanding collections, designed by the graduates of Istituto Marangoni Milano three-year Fashion Design course, were presented on 2nd July during Milano Moda Graduate, the first edition of an event dedicated to Italian Schools of Fashion and promoted by Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana in cooperation with Piattaforma Sistema Formativo Moda and Milano Triennale. The main theme of the event was “Fashion Warrior”: Istituto Marangoni students and graduates are constantly encouraged to “fight” to achieve their professional goals, fostering their creativity with an eye on the business aspects of the fashion industry. Each collection, consisting of 6 pieces either for men or women, has shown the talent and skills acquired by the students during the time spent at the School of Fashion in Milano, in a perfect symbiosis between tradition and experimentation, with personal influences from their place of origin without forgetting craftsmanship and careful attention to detail, so typical of Made in Italy. “The Fashion Show is the time when the work carried out in years is presented to the public for the very first time, and everything must be flawless because Istituto Marangoni is committed to perfection on a daily basis, thus enhancing the creative talent and maniacal care of a project defined through a managerial approach, essential elements necessary to reach top levels of quality and become Tomorrow’s next big players” said Barbara Toscano, Campus Director of the Fashion School in Milano.
