As for fashion trends, total black and off-white ensembles commanded attention, while jackets, shirts, and even trousers shimmered with heaps of sequins, as exemplified by the iconic ‘gold tracksuit’ by Valentino worn by Mahmood for his final performance. All-over leather pieces were prevalent, particularly oversized dresses and biker pants. The most notable trend, however, was the increasing acceptance of gender-fluid fashion, blending traditional masculine and feminine aesthetics in a new and liberating way. In essence, the fashion world is evolving towards minimalism, where individual personality is the key to stand out.
