Participants learn brand marketing and development strategies, and implement specific cost control systems. By studying cultural, sociological and historical dynamics in fashion, they understand the influence of trends in different markets, countires and realities and their impact on sales performance.
Taking a fashion collection or luxury product through to wholesale and retail distribution channels needs a mix of both concrete business acumen and creative communication skills in order to successfully complete the process; determining target audience, price brackets, and planning promotion and distribution channels. The Fashion Management, Digital Communication & Media Advanced Training Programme is designed with an explicit progression from creative and managerial processes related to the promotions of fashion collections and brands, to the distinctive operations of the fashion communication industry and its players, as editorial groups, communication agencies or media centers, to the new frontiers of communication, under the impact of the digital transformation and the growing demands for responsibility, diversity and inclusivity.
Within the three years, managerial subjects are enriched with cultural and technical subjects. These disciplines are necessary to enable trainees to properly interpret market phenomena and develop effective communication strategies aware of social, anthropological and psychological factors, as well as aesthetic trends and a vertical expertise on the fashion industry. Such an expertise, specifically, include an in-depth knowledge about different business models, professional roles, operations, fashion cycles, material science and product technology.

From there, trainees will examine specific functions of the fashion communication industry, exploring the roles of editorial teams, communication agencies, and media centers.
The programme then shifts to address the evolving landscape of fashion communication in the digital age, emphasizing the growing importance of digital transformation, as well as the increasing demand for responsibility, diversity, and inclusivity in the industry.
Trainees are guided in the definition of communication strategies and plans, and have the opportunity to implement their ideas by creating contents for fashion magazines in the form of editorials, articles or trend reports, to shoot digital marketing campaigns or to experiment with innovative communication formats inspired by the world of gaming and Web 3.
