Sharon Ezra, I’M Alumna of the Fashion Product & Production Management Master’s course at Istituto Marangoni Milano Fashion, is a fashion design & business consultant, specialized in high-end fashion product development & manufacturing.
Originally from Tel Aviv, in 2011 she attended the Fashion Business summer course of Istituto Marangoni Milano Fashion and, the following year, she participated in the Master programme in Fashion Product & Production Management thanks to a scholarship. She graduated cum laude and immediately started to work at Cieffe Milano Srl, where she was in charge of dealing with major clients in the international fashion scene, such as Derek Lam, Proenza Schouler, Christopher Kane, Thom Browne and Elie Saab. In collaboration with Cieffe, Sharon also developed the brand Numerozeta and designed 3 complete collections between 2012 and 2014; the line was selected to be presented by Studio Zeta showroom in Milano and is currently sold in Italy and abroad, with shops in Japan, China, and the United States. From 2014 to 2021, Sharon led her own 100% Made in Italy eyewear label 'Quattrocento' in 2014. The brand has received global recognition and has won her a place on the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 2016 list. In 2014, she also worked as a Design R&D Manager at Costume National in Milan, where she dealt with the development of the women's first line by following the entire production cycle from the idea to special finishing.
Her many experiences have allowed Sharon to get in touch with the best realities of Italian tailoring, with the possibility of feeding her talent and defining a personal style that is characterized by a sober look and attention to design details such as special prints, embroidery and unique trims. Nowadays, she works between Milan and Tel Aviv, offering bespoke consulting and premium outsourcing services designed to grow fashion & lifestyle brands and launch successful businesses.
