Lily-Carla Sastre, I'M Alumna of the Bachelor's course in Fashion Business, which she attended at both IM Paris and IM Milano Fashion, is a young professional with experience in digital learning and product training. She currently works as WW Product Training Officer for Fashion Accessories at Hermès.

After graduating in 2020, Lily-Carla began an internship at Chanel as an Assistant Digital Learning Fashion Europe. In this role she specialized in digital e-learning activities which included User Experience Development, Social Learning, Learning Community Animation and Content Creation. This experience proved valuable and led her to move to Yves Saint Laurent in 2022 as Assistant Worldwide Product Training, working on the deployment of training courses, creating seasonal and permanent training documents, and supporting the launch of new products and training events.

Since 2023, Lily-Carla has been with Hermès, initially serving as a WW Junior Training Officer for Fashion Accessories, and currently as a WW Product Training Officer for Fashion Accessories. In her current role, she creates e-learning modules, PowerPoint presentations, and new interactive, digital, and experiential formats for various Métiers, including Belts, Hats & Gloves, and Fashion Jewelry. She conducts training sessions both remotely and in person, gathers product information from meetings with the Collection and Development Teams, and collects additional insights from buyers and local training officers in the showroom. Leveraging this information, she creates presentations and training documents focused on collections, essentials, and sales boosters.
