Lavinia
Biancalani
Lavinia Biancalani was born in Prato, Tuscany – a city known as Italian excellence in the textiles manufacturing industry – and has always lived in connection with the Italian world of fashion, especially the artisan aspects of Made in Italy materials & fabric production. After high school, and a short work experience in the textile field, Lavinia moved to Milan to attend a Fashion Business course at Istituto Marangoni. She then got an internship at Burberry’s, at the London headquarters of the British Fashion House, before she moved back to Italy to nurture her passion for social & digital media through a Social Media & Non Conventional Marketing Master’s course. In the same year, 2013, she started The Style Pusher, one of the most popular and fastest growing fashion blogs in Italy, about ‘style’ in its widest meaning, and ‘fashion’ as a social event, presented as a personal diary made up of experiences, visions, and projects told in the natural, simple yet glamorous style that have always distinguished her.
Over the years, The Style Pusher has evolved into a magazine in 2016, and subsequently, a full-fledged creative agency, as well as a production house, in 2017. Over time, the agency has collaborated with a wide range of brands, spanning from the fashion, beauty, and fragrance sectors to music and lifestyle, including Givenchy Beauty, Kenzo, Sephora, and Bikkembergs.
