Chia-Hung Cheng, also known as John Zucca, is a fashion designer of the Chinese fashion scene who attended the Master’s in Fashion Design Womenswear at Istituto Marangoni Milano Fashion, graduating in 2015.

Already graduated in Fashion Design in Taipei, Cheng began his career in 2008 working as an assistant designer with Goji Lin fashion Co., Ltd. in Taipei; in the same year, he also won the Taiwan fashion design award, the most prestigious of fashion competitions in Asia organized by the Taiwan Textile Federation. Between 2010 and 2012 he worked as a designer with Machiavelli International Corp., Ltd., a company strongly focused on China’s fashion marketing. MOCA Taipei has hosted him as a fashionista at the Contemporary Art Museum in the city and he was a finalist of the Bilbao International Art & Fashion contest in 2014 and 2016. He then worked as a designer for El Corte Ingles in Madrid, the city where in 2015 he attended a course in Fashion Business.

In 2017, he founded the brand John Zucca in Milan which conveys his aesthetic sense for modernity and futuristic designs combined with deconstructed inspirations, pop imagery and avant-garde minimalism. Over the years the brand has received recognition both locally and abroad. Most notably, he was selected among the merging designers to showcase at Altaroma 2022 and his brand was featured on prestigious publications such as Marie Claire Taiwan, Vogue Taiwan, and Elle Serbia.
