Alessandra Macellaro, who graduated at Milano Fashion School from a Bachelor's program in Fashion Design in 2011, now serves as the Global VP of Development at AMIRI.

After graduating from her three-year studies in Fashion Design, Alessandra started her career with an internship at Philipp Plein working as Design Assistant. In less than a year, she became Senior Designer and later she was promoted to Head of Womenswear Design for the whole office. In this role, Alessandra directed and coordinated the collections of the brand, including the Sport one, working closely with Philipp Patrick Plein.
With her skills in designing and developing collections, as well as analysing trends, researching, developing fabrics, materials as well as prints and graphics, in 2018 Alessandra joined the California luxury brand AMIRI, as a Senior Fashion Designer. Within a year, she was promoted to European Collection Coordinator and subsequently became Head of EU Product Development, until reaching her current role as Global VP Development.
