Andrea Pompilio graced the catwalks of Milano Men’s Fashion Week on January 19th with his A/W 15/16 capsule collection signed Canali. Graduated with a MA in Fashion Design from Istituto Marangoni Milano in 1995, and winner of 'Who’s on next' 2011, Andrea Pompilio has collaborated with renowned brands such as Prada, Calvin Klein, and Yves Saint Laurent. Already recognized by both the Italian and international press as one of the most remarkable and innovative fashion designer in menswear, outstanding for his ability to dare without altering the DNA of a brand, he is the new creative consultant of Canali, excellence brand for Made in Italy tailor-made luxury menswear lines. His talent in matching prints, colours, and fabrics, in addition to his sensitivity towards Made in Italy, take him up for the next challenge: reinventing Canali’s menswear classics, which have always been regarded as sartorial masterpieces of exceptional wearability and comfort.
