Once again Nike is behind an exciting event that wants to promote a healthy and active lifestyle in the Italian capital of fashion, Milan. Part of the #weflymilan series, the Run and Style Nike run will not be a lonely one; in fact, Nike and Istituto Marangoni will join forces to create an event that will mix running and fashion. Lorena, 18 years old and a dream to become a professional stylist, is the runner selected by Nike to lead a team of young women between 25 and 30 years old in this run that aims to celebrate and promote the freedom to be oneself. A theme particularly dear to Istituto Marangoni, that joins in to give support to all women, who should feel entitled to express themselves even in the fashion world. Run and Style will take place on July 10 at Istituto Marangoni’s San Babila space, where the runners will take part in a digital workshop, focusing on styling. During the workshop, the group, guided by Istituto Marangoni’s tutors and some students, will work on personalising their running outfit (t-shirt, shorts, fitness bag). At the end of the workshop, dressed up in their running outfits and Nike running shoes, the young women will take on the road and, following Lorena, they will explore Milan’s Fashion District.
