As space tourism takes off, luxury experiences, including gourmet meals, will be essential to attract high-paying customers venturing into the unknown. This Food Manufacturing System is designed for the production of food on site starting from the nutrients available and recycling them through composting.

This system is useful both in terms of space travel, for example on Mars, and for a better use of food resources on Earth.
