THE COLLECTION: ARMADIO DI CAMPAGNA
The collection originates from a reflection on the cultural and aesthetic codes of South Tyrol. Rural, popular, and religious customs, varying from village to village, are a focal point of inspiration for the collection, which acts as a sort of parade, a ceremonial rite.
In fact, each look tells a different story through its volumes, fabrics, and manipulations. It speaks of a particular use, a traditional practice, or a specific celebration.
The collection rediscovers South Tyrolean customs and traditions by highlighting the value of craftsmanship and artisanal work.
In fact, another focal point of the collection was the with two of the few remaining artisans in the region: Amalia Pernter 1896 and Federkielstickerei Thaler.
