She studied a Bachelors degree in Communications in Mexico city, and various degrees in Marketing and advertising focused on creativity, she then went on to study a degree in Chinese language, she finished her fashion studies at Istituto Marangoni Shanghai, where she was named designer of the year 2016, which lead her to complete her Masters degree in fashion collection development in Florence, Italy.
Her experience in China allowed her to master the fashion trends in Asia, know about innovation in materials, equipment and production processes in the fashion industry.
After having lived more than 10 years in China where she developed several audiovisual production projects and several collection design projects for different emerging brands in china, at the beginning of 2020 Diana came back to Mexico where she now works as the Director of fashion and business education at CEDIM the school of design, where she currently directs the bachelors program and leads innovative projects aligned with her vision of fashion in emerging countries.
As a designer she has specialized in the development of collections, the complete process that it entails, from idea conceptualization, to the actual garment production and promotion, among her most important projects her collection “HOPE” which was part of MBFWMX stands out.
From 2010 she has taken on different projects as an entrepreneur like the creation of her own brand, Iss Evêglaf and several online business between Asia and Mexico, focused on export and commercialization of products in the fashion and beauty sector.
