The IM Dubai library aims to provide relevant, up-to-date, and easily accessible learning resources for students. It also aims to help students use these resources correctly and provide support during their research.
The library houses printed resources, including books, magazines, and journals. Additionally, it features a Material Lab that maintains a variety of materials, such as fabrics, tiles, and wood, etc. to provide students with hands-on experience and facilitate material exploration. In addition, it offers subscriptions to different online resources such as WGSN Fashion and Lifestyle, Interiors, BoF (Business of Fashion), Vogue Business, ProQuest Ebook Central, and The International Journal of Fashion Studies.
Students are able to use the facilities for their personal quiet studying as well as access printing and photocopying services. For further information and guidance, students should contact the library team.
Using the Istituto Marangoni library, students will have access to a variety of learning resources that will support their academic journey. All books are catalogued with the Heritage software.

Students are able to use library facilities and discuss their needs with a dedicated library staff between opening hours stated below:
Monday to Thursday - 8:30 AM -8:00 PM

RULES
The whole Istituto Marangoni Dubai community shall follow library rules indicated below:
- Eating any type of food is not permitted within the library.
- Answering personal calls in the library is prohibited, and phones must be set to silent mode.
- Moving furniture without prior permission is not allowed.
- After reading, books should not be left unattended; please return them to their proper shelves.
- Leaving personal items (such as phones, laptops, bags, etc.) unattended is not permit. The library team will not be responsible for any missing personal items.
- Vaping and smoking are strictly prohibited.
Classrooms are divided into:
- Theory classrooms: for lectures and seminars.
- Design classrooms: for drawing and design workshops.
- Pattern-cutting rooms: where sewing machines, irons and other features can be used for pattern workshops.
- Photo-studios: when shootings or photography experiences are requested.
- Multi-function rooms/ computer rooms: where Apple computers, scanners and programme specific software and other features can be used for academic research and work.
