Visual Transcendence
Milano Design Degree Show 2025
The Design Degree Show celebrates the best projects realised by Istituto Marangoni Milano Design students, offering an insight into emerging trends in contemporary design. This edition is developed around the theme ‘Visual Transcendence’, which explores how new technologies are redefining the way we interact with spaces.
The students worked on three different types of projects, with the aim reinterpreting social and cultural transformations, translating these insights into spaces designed for the future.
Students worked on three different types of projects:
Design of innovative living spaces, with no constraints on square footage, where Mixed Reality (MR) is integrated with avant-garde interior design solutions
Hotel, lobby e spazi di accoglienza ripensati attraverso un approccio ibrido tra fisico e digitale, integrando esperienze interattive e soluzioni tecnologiche per migliorare l’engagement
Development of pop-up stores and immersive retail environments where technology and experiential design redefine the relationship between brand and consumer
The projects will be displayed through conceptual models, renderings, evocative mood boards and construction details. Each proposal represents a synthesis of aesthetics, functionality and technological innovation, highlighting the search for a new way of experiencing spaces through Mixed Reality and sustainability.
