Regulations
The regulations establish a governance framework which ensures the proper conduct of the School’s activities.
Academic Regulations provide the framework for the conduct of the School’s academic activities, governing matters such as admission, registration, enrolment and assessment. Istituto Marangoni London adopts the Academic Regulations of Regent’s University London and the Manchester Metropolitan University, as it is validated by both these institutions.

Financial Regulations govern the financial management of the School, which are binding on all students and staff to the School.
Statement of Primary Responsibilities
Statement of Primary Responsibilities highlight the responsibilities of the Board of Directors, whereby all matters not delegated to the School Director, the Chair or to a Committee are reserved to the Board.
The Prevent Duty
The Prevent Duty is part of the Government’s Counter Terrorism Strategy, CONTEST. It aims to safeguard people from becoming terrorists or supporting terrorism.

One of the requirements stated by the Office for Students (OfS) is to publish the following data: The number of applications for admission on to recognised, undergraduate higher education courses that we have received from UK domiciled applicants; the number of offers we have made in relation to those applications; the number of those offers accepted and the number of those who have registered with us; the number of students who attained a particular degree or other academic award, or a particular level of such an award, on completion of their course with us. It also shows these numbers by reference to: The gender of the individuals to which they relate to their ethnicity and their socio-economic background.
