The exhibition with Cappellini during the Milan Design Week 2025
Interior Design students from Istituto Marangoni Milano Design, in collaboration with Cappellini.
The home is no longer just a sanctuary, but a living, sensitive environment. Sensitive Space, the project developed by the students of Istituto Marangoni Milano Design in collaboration with Cappellini, turns the living space into an interactive system, capable of adapting to daily moods and needs.
Thanks to the integration of design and technology, environments respond to human presence, creating an immersive experience that redefines the concept of comfort and beauty in contemporary living.
Inspired by research into the ‘senses of space’, Sensitive Space explores the future of interiors through innovative solutions. The students designed environments that interact with people, adapting in real time to their needs.
Surfaces and furniture react to external stimuli such as light, sound and movement
Fluid living spaces, combining advanced materials with virtual experiences
Environments that improve psychophysical comfort through intelligent technology and materials
During Design Week 2025, the project will be presented in an immersive installation at the School, where visitors can explore the adaptive spaces designed by the students.
