Roma Narsinghani is a well-known designer in the Indian artisanal jewelry sector. After graduating with a Master's degree in Fashion & Luxury Brand Management at Istituto Marangoni Milano Fashion school in 2013, she founded her eponymous brand in March 2017. From the beginning, her work has been marked by a fusion of creativity and environmentally-conscious designs.

Over the years, Roma has received various recognitions, including being a finalist for Scouting for India by Vogue Italia/Vogue Talents in 2020 and headlining the Amit Aggarwal Lakme Fashion Week 2020 Finale. Notably, she was also selected as one of the 6 talents by Vogue Italia to showcase her collection at the Super Project by Pitti Immagine in September 2019.
In terms of awards, Roma has received the Sustainable Design Award from Fad International and Helsinki Fashion Week in 2019, in addition to winning the Portfolio Review competition hosted by Fad International & Vogue Italia in the same year. Roma's designs have been showcased at prestigious events such as the Amit Aggarwal Lotus Makeup India Fashion Week and Rahul Mishra's showcase at Paris Fashion Week SS19.
Roma's commitment to environmentally conscious practices is evident in her social initiatives. Since January 2020, she co-founded Future Collective India, an initiative that aims to bring together artists, designers, and brands to shape culture in an informed, ethical, and responsible way. In January 2023, she also co-founded the Conscious Culture Festival, an initiative by Reliance Brands Limited & Future Collective, providing a platform for trade, art, networking, collaborations, and learning opportunities to foster conscious practices.
Lastly, Roma's professional journey also combines entrepreneurial experiences with consulting ones. She has served as a Fashion Forecasting Consultant for Ritu Kumar and held the position of Head of Product/Curation in a consultant capacity at Sty-Labs Info Solutions. Before these experiences, she worked as Creative Merchandiser (Consultant) at Hab by Usha International Ltd for a concept haberdashery store project.
