THE SPECIAL SCHOLARSHIP FOR THE MASTER COURSES IN FASHION OMNICHANNEL & E-COMMERCE AND FASHION BUYING & MERCHANDISING STARTING IN SEPTEMBER 2024.

 

INDUSTRY PARTNER

MODES is a unique omni-channel retail platform with boutiques in fashion capitals. Alongside its distinct physical presence, MODES is known for its community of creative individuals, gathered through unmatched store experiences, highly curated offerings, and a program of multidisciplinary projects unlike any other in the industry.

MODES is an e-commerce and content destination, connecting customers to products and partners in digital space, and consolidating a network of physical stores and creative partners into a unified location.

 

CONTEST

For the Scholarship Contest, participants are asked to: 

  1. Analyse the communication strategy of the brand
  2. Develop a content strategywith the purpose of increasing the brand awareness of MODES at global level. 
  3. Create a visual reportwith the final output. The document should include: a rich visual research with a 800-words explanatory texts, visual and bibliographic references.

  

SCHOLARSHIP

The winners will be awarded a scholarship of 50% deduction on the tuition fee (enrollment fee is always due) for the Master in Fashion Omnichannel & E-Commerce and for the Master in Fashion Buying & Merchandising starting in September 2024 at the Milano Fashion school.

 

COURSES

FASHION OMNICHANNEL & E-COMMERCE

This Master course (validated by MUR) aims at educating future business professionals, able to satisfy the requirements of fashion companies and retail companies more and more oriented to an omnichannel approach, having generated a strong increase in e-commerce sales and re-shaped the consumer journey, now dominated by digital channels.

The course equips students with relevant skills needed to collect, analyse and use big data and relevant KPIs, combined with a qualitative and deep understanding of trends and consumer insights with a commercial and business approach: this is useful to be ready and skilled to face the challenges of tomorrow, applicable to many professional fields in the Fashion Industry.

FASHION BUYING & MERCHANDISING

With this Master Course (validated by MUR) participants learn technical and theoretical aspects of a buying campaign analysing different retail formats and key macro trends leading towards a research-based dissertation.

By studying the organisation of the buying team and undertaking a fashion industry placement, they fully understand the role and responsibility of buyers and merchandisers in the global market.

Key buying processes include stock mix and import-export techniques as well as pricing strategies and the ability to forecast the profitability of a fashion product. Participants analyse the buying calendar and correctly plan the purchase of a seasonal collection using a balanced combination of products and brands responding to current trends and influences.
